John Jacob Gaumer

John Jacob was born on April 15th, 1756 in Macungie Township PA USA. John Jacob's father was Johann Dietrich Gaumer and his mother was Marie Elizabeth Meinert. His paternal grandparents were Johann Christopher Hance Gaumer and Susanna Catherine Seitz. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John Heinrich, John George, Johann Dietrich, John Adam, Peter, Mary Catherine, Maria Gertrude and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He had a half-brother named Mathias. He died at the age of 64 on May 5th, 1820 in Salem Township OH USA.
