Thomas was born in 1759 in Harborne, Staffordshire, England and his baptism took place on March 11th, 1759 in Rowley Regis., Staffordshire, England.  Thomas' father is Thomas PERRY and his mother is Sarah GARRATT.  His paternal grandparents are Thomas PERRY and Phebe INGSLEY; his maternal grandparents are William GARRATT and Mary WOODHOUSE. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin, William, Samuel, Daniel, Sarah, Mary and Sarah.  He died at the age of 74 on November 17th, 1833.  His burial was on November 17th, 1833 in Harborne, Staffordshire, England.
