William was born about 1473 in Of, St.winnow, Cornwall, England.  William's father was Nicholas LOWER and his mother is Amy Or Agnes TRESITHNEY.  His paternal grandparents are John LOWER and Jane MOYLE; his maternal grandparents are Richard TRESITHNEY and Anne TREGONNAN. He had a sister named Elizabeth.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died on May 6th, 1534.
