Thomas was born on March 20th, 1561 in Runham, Yarmouth, Norfolk, England.  Thomas' father was Thomas DOW and his mother was Margaret ENGLAND.  His paternal grandparents were John DOW and Johan COOP. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named John, Henry, Thomas, John, Edmond, Christopher, Christopher, Edmond, Katherine and Katherine.  He died at the age of 51 on December 4th, 1612.
