Martha was born on December 12th, 1639 in Berkhamstead, Herts., England and her baptism took place on December 12th, 1639 in Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire, England.  Martha's father was William, Jr. PITKIN and her mother was Elizabeth Mrs. PITKIN.  Her paternal grandfather was William PITKIN and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Mrs. PITKIN. She had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Roger, Jane, Sarah and Joan.  She died at the age of 79 on October 13th, 1719 in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut.  Her burial was in 1719 in Old So. Windsor, Church Yard, Windsor, Connecticut Usa.
