Capt. John was born on May 27th, 1644 in Rowley, Essex, Massachusetts.  Capt. John's father was John PEARSON and his mother was Dorcas PEARSON.  His paternal grandfather is Micholas PEARSON; his maternal grandparents are John PICKARD and John PICKARD. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Samuell, Jeremiah, Joseph, Benjamin, Stephen, Mary, Elizabeth, Dorcas, Mary, Sarah, Phebe and Sarah.  He was the second oldest of the thirteen children.  He died at the age of 77 on March 12th, 1722 in Rowley, Essex, Massachusetts.
