Elizabeth "Betsey" was born on October 14th, 1731 in (, Albemarle, Va, ).  Elizabeth "Betsey"'s father was Nicholas II GENTRY and her mother was Jane BENAJAH.  Her paternal grandfather was Nicholas GENTRY and her paternal grandmother is Mrs. Nicholas Gentry I. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Benajah, Nathan, Nathan, Martin, Ann, Jane, GENTRY and GENTRY.  She died at the age of 98 on July 28th, 1830 in Winchester, Clark, Ky.  Her burial was on July 28th, 1820 in Haggard Farm Cem, Clark, Kentucky.
