Mathilde, was born about 1130 in <Of, Andechs, Obayern, Bayern>. Mathilde,'s father was Berthold IV, Count Of ANDECHS and her mother was Sofie, Countess Of KRAIN-ISTRIEN. Her paternal grandparents were Berthold III Count Of ANDECHS and Gisele Princess Of SWABIA.
