Richard was born in 1532 in Holme-On-Spauldi, Moor, Yorks, England.  Richard's father was Thomas CROSBY and his mother was Jennet FOSTER?.  His paternal grandparents are Miles CROSBY and Mrs. Miles CROSBY. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Michael, James, Robert, Agnes and Alice.  He died at the age of 54 on July 6th, 1586 in Holme-On, Spalding Moor, Yorkshire, England.  His burial was in 1586 in Holme-On, Spalding Moor, Yorkshire, England.
