John was born in 1657 in Rowley, Essex, Ma.  John's father was Samuel BROCKLEBANK ;(CAPT.) and his mother was Hannah.  His paternal grandfather is John BROCKLEBANK and his paternal grandmother was Jane. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Francis, Joseph, Samuel, Hannah, Elizabeth, Sarah, Sarah (Dole), Jane and Mary.  He died at the age of 3 on July 4th, 1660 in Rowley, Essex, Ma.  His burial was on July 4th, 1660.
