Thomas "The Observer Or Temporiser" De was born in 1170 in Of, Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England and his baptism took place in (abt 73-1243).  Thomas "The Observer Or Temporiser" De's father was Maurice "The Make Peace" Fitzrobert FITZHARDING and his mother was Alice de BERKELEY.  His paternal grandparents were Robert "The Devout" FITZHARDING and Eve FITZESTMOND ;[Prioress]; his maternal grandfather was Roger III de BERKELEY and his maternal grandmother is Mrs-Roger III de BERKELEY. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Maurice De, Robert "the Rebellious" De, William De, Henry De, Richard De, Maud Fitzharding De and Miss De.  He died at the age of 73 on November 29th, 1243 in Berkeley Castle, Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England.  His burial was in St Augustine Aby, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.
