William was born in 1813 in Pembroke Dock, Pembroke, Wales, Wales.  William's father was John Barnett OBRAY (AUBRAY, AUBREY, OBREY) and his mother was Eleanor ALLEN. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named George, John, Thomas "Lorenzo", Robert, Samuel William, William, Thomas Infant, Maria Or Mariah, Maria, Elizabeth (Betsy) and Ellinor Or Eleanor.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 4 on September 27th, 1817.  His burial was on September 27th, 1817.
