Pierre was born on February 24th, 1803 in Leuven.  Pierre's father was Pierre Vleminckx and his mother was Ide Delvaux.  His paternal grandparents were Petrus Vleminckx and Marie Anna Segers. He had a brother and four sisters, named Jean François, Anne Catherine, Anne Elisabeth, Anne Marie and Anne Cathérine Marie.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 2 on March 4th, 1805 in Leuven.
