Florence was born on October 22nd, 1897 in Doncaster, Victoria. Florence's father was William James Bullock and her mother was Mary Louisa Davey. Her paternal grandparents were Edwin F Bullock and Mary Ann Pearce; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Davey and Johanna Condron. She was the oldest of four children. She had a brother and two sisters, named William, Edith and Helena. She died, at the age of 81 years, 10 months and 19 days, on September 10th, 1979 in Donvale, Victoria.
