Thomas was born in year 1671 in Lanivet, Cornwall and was baptised on August 8th, 1671. Thomas' father was Richard Bullock and his mother was Florence Menheire. His paternal grandparents were John Bullock and <Unknown>; his. He was the second of four children. He had two brothers and a sister, named William, Richard and Thomasine.
