Richard was born in year 1630 in Lanivet, Cornwall. Richard's father was John Bullock. His paternal grandparents were Richard Bullock and Agnes; his. He was the oldest of four children. He had two brothers and a sister, named Edmund, John and Ann. He died, at the age of 84 years, in year 1714 in Lanivet, Cornwall.
