August Alep

August was born in 1910. August's father was Hendrik Alep and his mother was Liis Alep (Kenkmann). His paternal grandparents were Jaan Alep and Mai Alep (Hanni); his maternal grandparents were Mats Kenkmann and Katri Kenkmann (Lõõndre). He had a brother and a sister, named Juhannes and Emilie Rosalie. He was the youngest of the three children.
