Rasa was born in 1965.  Rasa's father is Vytautas Aršvila and her mother is Aldona Dalibagaitė.  Her maternal grandparents are Jonas Dalibagas and <Unknown>.  She has three sisters named Vitalija, Regina and Ramunė.  She is the second oldest of the four children.  She had two half-brothers named Gediminas and Antanas.
