Janīna was born on July 4th, 1927. Janīna's father was Rūdolfs Bērziņš and her mother was Anna Milda Bērziņa (Šturma). Her maternal grandfather was ????? Šturms. She had a brother named Bērziņš. Janīna and Bērziņš were twins. She died at the age of 80 on January 21st, 2008.

General Notes
- To all reading this, greetings.
  I am John Kurt Bledsoe, the grandson of Rudolf and Anna. I want to give you some updated information. As far as I know, the information on Rudolf is correct. The following needs correcting for Anna. After Anna divorced, she married Kurt Heilmann, a German, and lived in Germany from about 1946 till Kurt died in 1972. She moved to the United States to be with her daughter Janina, and passed away in Florida in the spring of 1986.
  
  Janina (my mother) was born on June 4th 1927 (not 1910) in Riga. She was a twin, but her brother died shortly after birth. Anna had another set of twins that died in or near childbirth. Janina married my dad, Frank Robby Bledsoe of Pensacola Florida on March 12, 1947 in Germany. She passed away at age 80, on January 21, 2008. That's about all I can remember off the top of my head. I'll be glad to try and dig up some more info, but since my mom has passed, I really can only go by memory.
