Pierre was born on August 11th, 1800.  Pierre's father was Antoine VIAL and his mother was Rose CHERY.  His paternal grandparents were Jean-Baptiste VIAL and Claire  DOUSSAN; his maternal grandfather is Benoit CHERY and his maternal grandmother was Catherine ROUX.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 60 on May 31st, 1861.
