József Körtvélyessy

József was born in March 1791 in Tolcsva and his baptism took place there on March 16th, 1791.¹   József's father was Gábor Körtvélyessy and his mother was Mária Palágyi.  His paternal grandparents were Ferenc Körtvélyesi and Katalin Körmendi. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Gábor, István, Mihály, Mária, Julianna, Mária and Éva.  He died on March 23rd, 1791 in Tolcsva.²
