Gyula Körtvélyessy

Gyula was born in April 1848 in Bodrogkeresztúr and his baptism took place there on April 12th, 1848.¹

Gyula's father was Ferenc Körtvélyessy and his mother was Julianna Suszterits.  His paternal grandparents were János Körtvélyesi and Mária Raisz. He had four brothers and a sister, named János, Gyula, Emánuel, Gáspár Menyhért Boldizsár and Alojzia.  He was the third youngest of the six children.
