János Körtvélyesi

János was born on May 21st, 1844 in Nagykőrös, Hungary and his baptism took place on May 24th, 1844 in Nagykőrös.¹   János' father was András Körtvélyesi and his mother was Erzsébet Patik.  His paternal grandparents were István Körtvélyesi and Erzsébet Bék. He had four brothers and a sister, named Mihály, Ferenc, András, János and Sára.  He was the second youngest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named József, József, István, Éva, Éva and Sára.  He died at the age of 2 on August 20th, 1846 in Nagykőrös, Hungary.
