János was born in 1860. János' father was János Körtvélyesi and his mother was Julianna Bíró. His paternal grandfather was János Körtvélyesi and his paternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had three sisters named Ágnes, Eszter and Júlia. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 59 in 1919.General Notes
