Yuniarta was born on June 5th, 1964.  Yuniarta's father is H MS Mulyono and her mother is Hj. Mursiti  Harymurti.  Her maternal grandparents are Wijono and Djumi Sridajatun. She has three brothers and a sister, named Ir Hary, Heru, Wahyudi and Drg Wiwik.  She is the second oldest of the five children.
