Priyono was born on July 19th, 1955.  Priyono's father was Soenandar . Gondohatmodjo and his mother is Supinah . ..  His paternal grandparents were Soekardi . Djojohatmodjo and Soekarti . .. He has three brothers and six sisters, named Heri, Priadi, Suprajitno, Sunjani, Siti , Rr. Siti, Sumiati BA, Prihartini and Prihastuti.  He is the youngest of the ten children.
