Mintari was born on January 12th, 1963.  Mintari's father is Suraji and her mother is Sulastri.  Her maternal grandfather is R Judomarjono and her maternal grandmother was Siti Muntowati. She has two brothers named Ir Molintika and Imam SAB.  She is the second oldest of the three children.
