Luki was born on July 16th, 1982.  Luki's father is Dr Juwono and her mother is Ir Laksmi Palupi.  Her maternal grandparents are Drs Muhammad Subroto Kusumobroto MEd and RA Endang Sutapi Kusumodadari. She has two sisters named Eva Asri Purwandari and Paramita.  She is the second oldest of the three children.
