David was born on April 10th, 1884 in Latvia.  David's father is Isadore Sohn and his mother is Dena Fleischman.  His maternal grandparents are Moishe Schmuel Fleischman and Asna Gita Shanker. He had three brothers and a sister, named Kalki, brother, youngest brother and Ida.  He died at the age of 85 on July 15th, 1969 in Herrin, Williamson, IL.
