Isabel (Bell) was born in 1894.  Isabel (Bell)'s father was William Miller and her mother was Sarah Ann Boardman.  Her paternal grandparents were James A Miller and Ann Hornby; her maternal grandparents were William Boardman and Hannah Wrigley. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named William, James, Margaret (Maggie), Sarah, Hannah, Mary, Ethel, Jane (Jinnie) and Marie.
