Jan was born on May 28th, 1772.  Jan's father was Mathew Siman and his mother is Dorothea Galik.  His paternal grandparents are Paul Siman and <Unknown>. He had a brother named Joseph.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 71 on May 27th, 1844.
