Pedro was born on May 30th, 1700 in Ceberio.  Pedro's father was Francisco Uribarri (Arbildo) and his mother was Maria Urtiz Aldecoa (Zurybarria).  His paternal grandparents were Ynigo Uribarri (Larrea) and Maria Arbildo (Solachi Arbildo); his maternal grandparents were Martin Aldecoa (Larravide) and Marina Zuibarria (Guessala). He had three brothers named Francisco, Martin and Domingo.  He was the youngest of the four children.
