Orson was born on March 7th, 1881 in Millcreek, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.  Orson's father was John MORGAN and his mother was Riis Christena NELSON.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph MORGAN and Elizabeth HARDMAN. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Heber John, William Thomas, Sarah Jane, Rosetta Margaret, Christena, Violate and Luetta.  He was the youngest of the eight children. He had seven half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named John Gillett, Joseph Edward, Joshua Brigham, Samuel George, Reuben Willard, Wilford Moroni, Franklin Gillett, Mary Elizabeth, Ann Maria, Amelia Butterly, Mary Melvina, Annetta Jane, Alberta, Rhoda Ann and Lillian Aurelia.  He died at the age of 46 on May 11th, 1927.
