Howard was born on November 1st, 1907. Howard's father was Jesse Vandiver Chrisitan and his mother was Georgia Delreah Yow (Christian). His paternal grandfather is Ira Jackson Harby Christian CSA (CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA) and his paternal grandmother was Louisa C Booth. He was an only child. He died at the age of 66 on September 21st, 1974. His burial was in LGC.
