William Finch

William was born in 1787 in Dittisham, Devon. William's father was James Finch and his mother was Grace Elliott. His maternal grandparents were James Elliott and Grace Mitchell. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James, James, Samuel, Sarah, Mary and Susanna. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
