W, known as W, was born on July 13th, 1903. W's father was Peter Lloyd KLINGER and his mother was Carrie Evelyn FAUSOLD. His paternal grandfather was Samuel KLINGER and his paternal grandmother is Mary KAUFFMAN; his maternal grandparents were Elias FAUSOLD and Lydia HEPNER. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Ammon, Oscar, Homer, Paul, Leona and Florence. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
