Essie Marie Wren
Essie Marie was born on September 15th, 1890 in Ft Smith, Sebastion Co., AR. Essie Marie's father was Newton Andrew Wren and her mother was Sarah Malinda Cole. Her paternal grandparents are Henry Wren and Elvira P Meeker; her maternal grandparents were John William Jr Cole and Elizabeth Painter. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Ossie Theodore, William Houston, Theodore R, George Newton, Roy, Mattie Irene, Nora Vista, Nina Agnes, Gertrude Inez, Dorothy M "Josephine" and Ethel Mae. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 49 on August 28th, 1940.-
