Cecil C was born on April 12th, 1922. Cecil C's father was Earnest Guy Watkins and his mother is Carrie Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Anderson Wilson Watkins and Georgia Ann Brantley. He was an only child. He died at the age of 22 on February 26th, 1945.-
