Sylvia was born on April 6th, 1963 in Shaw, Bolivar, Mississippi, USA. Sylvia's father was Fransisco Vazquez and her mother was Erlinda Soliz. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Frank, Emilio, George, Gloria, Ezperanza Nancy, Mary and Alice. Sylvia Vazquez, age 53, of Boyle, passed away on Monday November 21, 2016 at her home.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from Noon until 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church in Cleveland. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Shaw Cemetery. Father Kent Bowlds will officiate the services.
Sylvia was born on April 06, 1963 to Francisco and Erlinda Soliz Vazquez in Shaw, MS. She graduated from Shaw High School and worked at D&L for several years. Sylvia also worked as a teacher's assistant at the Cleveland Head Start. Sylvia attended Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church. She loved to read and cook. Sylvia will be missed by her many friends and family who will cherish her memory forever.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Erlinda Vazquez, her sister Gloria Edwards and her brothers Frank and Emelio Vazquez.
Sylvia is survived by Sister, Esperanza Palacios of Cleveland, MS. Sister, Mary Edwards of Southaven, MS. Brother, George Vazquez of Bolivar, TN. Sister, Alice Northern of Carthage, NC. Companion, Tomas Rodelo of Cleveland, MS. her canine companion, Domino as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nick Manrriquez, Gabriel Moncado, Eddie Rodelo, Josh Bastari, Shane Partridge and Michael Jones.
