Herbert Tally

Herbert was born on August 24th, 1905 in Tennessee.¹   Herbert's father was Samuel Andrew Tally and his mother was Alice Beatrice Lewellen.  His paternal grandmother is Carter; his maternal grandparents are Green Lewellen and Elizabeth Lewelen. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Willie W, John E, Luther F, Elnan, Morris, Daniel Bascom, Elizabeth "Lizzy", Lorena and Attie.  He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 90 on September 10th, 1995.  He was buried in Alcorn County, Mississippi, United States of America.^1 1
