John James Tacker

John James was born on February 9th, 1884 in Shelby, Tennessee.¹   John James' father was Albert Fredrick Tacker and his mother was Mary Francis Turner.  His maternal grandparents are William Turner and Sarah Eva Overholser. He had two brothers named Alford Ernest and Alvin H.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 80 on December 19th, 1964.
