Russell Rigsby

Russell was born in 1799.  Russell's father was Lewis Rigsby and his mother is Lucinda.  His paternal grandfather was William Rigsby. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Henry Hightower, Archibald, Thomas D, Lucinda and Sarah Ann.  He is the oldest of the six children.
