Joseph Keith ``Coot´´ McClure, age 51, resident of Moscow, Tennessee, departed this life Friday morning, July 6, 2018 at his residence.
Funeral Services were at 1 P.M. Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Moscow. The officiating ministers were Bro. Tony Watkins and Bro. David Parlow. Interment followed in the Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - Main Chapel of Somerville.
Keith was born May 10, 1967 in Fayette County, Tennessee, the son of Joe McClure and Eva Mayes McClure. He received his education at Fayette-Ware High School and he was employed as a truck driver. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, playing cornhole, tending to his chickens and special times with his family.
Keith is survived by two daughters, Beth McClure of Collierville, TN, Jennifer McClure of Michigan City, MS; his parents, Joe and Eva McClure of Moscow, TN; his sister, Garland Casey McClure of Memphis, TN; his brother, John Douglas McClure (Ashleigh) of Moscow, TN; and four grandchildren, Brayden McClure, Gracie Ackerman, Miles Ackerman and Haley Ackerman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery Scott McClure.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Dustin McClure, Mark McClure, Tony McClure, Doug McClure, Mick Watkins, Gary Rhea, Moose Sides and Jeremy McClure. Honorary pallbearers were B.J. Ackerman and Randy Sides.
