Lonnie Edgar Leatherwood

Lonnie Edgar was born in 1895 in Mississippi.¹   Lonnie Edgar's father is William Leatherwood and his mother was Caldonise Callie Massengale.  His maternal grandparents are Arthur Massengill and Elizabeth Massengill. He has two brothers and two sisters, named John Madison, James Thomas, Lula Leona and Willie Belle.  He is the second youngest of the five children. He had a half-brother, and also a half-sibling of unknown gender named John Madison "Ode" Sweat and Vera Roberta Sweat.
