His paternal grandparents were William Hunsucker and Mary Ann Carpenter; his maternal grandfather was John R Shepard and his maternal grandmother is Martha Mattie Edwards. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named John William, Anderson E, Mack Amos, Molly Perreaner, Norma G, Ethel Mae, Lois A, Flora B, Minnie C and Serenia. He died at the age of 60 on October 3rd, 1972 in Somerville, Fayette, Tennessee, USA. He was buried in Fayette County, Tennessee, USA.2 3 -
