William M Gammel

William M was born on August 6th, 1814 in South Carolina, USA.  William M's father was Stephen Pate Gammel and his mother was Mary Ann Runnels. He had six brothers and five sisters, named James, Edmund, John, C.H. Harrison, Williamson, Thomas, Lucinda Elviney, Caroline J, Elizabeth A, Margaret Jane and Mary Ann.  He was the oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 73 in 1887 in Union, Mississippi, USA.
