His paternal grandparents were Jesse B Dodson and Sarah L Newton; his maternal grandfather was DANIEL BIDDLECOME. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Daniel James, John Artilley, William B., George F., Sarah E., Mary Nancy Ruth, Sophronia E., Frances N, Martha H. and Flora. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 62 on May 9th, 1946 in Los Angeles, California.-
