William Curtis "WC" Clutts

William Curtis "WC" was born on August 16th, 1927.  William Curtis "WC"'s father was George Estes Clutts and his mother was Agnes Durham Grier. He had a brother and a sister, named James Clarks and Edna Irene.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 69 on December 18th, 1996.
