Sarah Petyt

Sarah was born in 1738 in Bolton Abbey, Yorkshire, England. Sarah's father was Thomas Pettyt and her mother was Sarah Hodgson. Her paternal grandparents were Christopher Pettyt and Jane Craven. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Christopher, John, Mary and Susan. She was the third oldest of the six children.
