Richard Petty

Richard was born in 1849 in Barnoldswick, Yorkshire, England.¹ Richard's father was John Petty and his mother was Mary (Petty). His paternal grandparents were Richard Petty and Martha (Petty). He had a brother and a sister, named John Edmondson and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 59 in December 1908 in Barnoldswick, Yorkshire, England.
